1.3 "Tailor" or "Tailors"
Refers to SOJO's in-house or contracted tailoring professionals who perform the repair and alteration services.

1.4 "Studio"
Refers to the location where SOJO Tailors perform the Services.

1.5 "Website"
Refers to SOJO's online platform at www.sojo.uk and any related booking system.

1.6 "Brand Partner"
Refers to any business or commercial entity with which SOJO maintains a contractual or commercial relationship.

1.7 "Delivery Partner"
Refers to third-party companies responsible for collecting and delivering orders to and from SOJO and the Customer.

1.8 "Rider" or "Riders"
Refers to SOJO employees or agents who handle collections and deliveries within certain areas of London by bicycle.


2. Service Description

SOJO provides garment repair, tailoring, and alteration services, facilitated through bookings made via our Website or in-store.

2.2
The Services are performed by skilled professionals at our Studio, ensuring a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.


3. Relationship Between You and SOJO

3.1
Upon booking a Service with SOJO, you enter into a binding agreement with SOJO for the provision of the Service.

3.2
SOJO assumes full responsibility for the booking, delivery, and quality of the Services rendered.

3.3
If an external service provider is required to fulfil an order, SOJO remains responsible for the outcome and quality of the Service provided.

For collection and delivery of items, SOJO uses both in-house Riders and external Delivery Partners. Refer to our Service Policies for more details.


4. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

SOJO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

We recommend that you review the Terms and Conditions prior to each booking.

Continued use of our Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


5. Payment

5.1
Payment for all Services must be made in full, in pounds sterling (£), via credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other third-party payment processor as specified by SOJO.

5.2
Payments are processed by third-party providers. While SOJO strives to maintain continuous access to its payment systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted payment processing.


6. Discount Codes

6.1 Usage
Codes must be entered at checkout and apply only to specified products or services (excluding delivery). One code per transaction. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

6.2 Validity
Codes expire on the stated date and cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash.

6.3 Restrictions
Some codes may have product, location, or spending limits. Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in cancellation.

6.4 Refunds
Refunds apply only to the discounted amount. Discount codes are not reissued for returns or cancellations.

You and SOJO agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
